Nick J. Mosby is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 40. He was appointed to the chamber on January 30, 2017. Mosby is running for re-election in the primary on June 26, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018.

Mosby is a former member of the Baltimore City Council in Maryland, representing District 7. He was elected to the council in 2011 and served until 2016. He was a candidate running to be mayor of Baltimore in 2016 but dropped out of the race and endorsed Catherine Pugh (D).
