Wayne A. Trottier is a Republican member of the North Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 19. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010.

Trottier served on the Northwood City Council from 2004 to 2008.

Trottier earned his B.S. in Animal Science from North Dakota State University. His professional experience includes working as an auctioneer and partner at Heinz-Trottier-Parkman Auction Service. He served for two years in the U.S. Army.
