    Legislative Priorities

In the following area, please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding.
    - Government transparency and Ethics Reform is one of my top priorities. If elected, I want to pursue government transparency and ethics reform by creating legislation that will create real punishments for elected officials who violate the rules. We also need legislation to protect homeowners from abuse by Developers who use HOA?s to infringe upon private property owners and diminish our quality of life. Finally, we need review our current, excessive Corporate Welfare programs use take tax-payers dollars to subsidize multi-million dollar corporations. It?s time for everyone to pay their fair share, including corporations.
