- Yes

3. Should a minor accused of a violent crime be prosecuted as an adult?
- No

4. Do you support the enforcement of federal immigration laws by state and local police?
- No

5. Other or expanded principles
- Victim-less crime is a realistic non-issue. Government focus should be on apprehension and punishment of individuals who violate the rights of others. Justice should know no limitations regarding power, position, or condition.

Economic

1. Do you support state government spending as a means of promoting economic growth?
- No

2. Do you support lowering state taxes as a means of promoting economic growth?
- Yes

3. Do you support reducing state government regulations on the private sector?
- Yes

4. Do you support expanding access to unemployment benefits?

- No

7. Do you support increasing state funding for improving Michigan's roads and bridges?
- No

8. Do you support eliminating Michigan's mandatory no-fault auto insurance?
- Yes

9. Other or expanded principles
- Economic growth occurs when individuals can exchange goods and services in a free market. Government?s only involvement should be to punish fraud and the accompanying harm the fraud creates on behalf of the victims of such fraud.

- No

2. Do you support state funding for charter schools?
- No

3. Should immigrants unlawfully present in the United States who graduate from Michigan high schools be eligible for in-state tuition at public universities?

4. Other or expanded principles
- Primary education is the economic reasonability of parents and secondary education the responsibility of the adults involved. It should not be incumbent upon the public to pay for the education of strangers, nor should the public influence the education of adult individuals.

- No

5. Other or expanded principles
- Energy technologies are naturally part of, and best spread by, the free market. Government involvement stunts the growth of clean energy and unduly burdens the taxpayer, who pay the cost of supply industries with such technology. Clean energy will only advance when individuals exchange ideas and services in an open and free market.

Gun

1. Do you generally support gun-control legislation?
- No

2. Should background checks be required on gun sales between private citizens at gun shows?
- No

3. Should teachers be allowed to bring guns into the classroom?
- Yes

4. Should a license be required for gun ownership?
- No

5. Other or expanded principles
- Self-defense is the natural right of every human being. Government has no business restricting the ability of citizens to adequately defend themselves or their property. Private business and homeowners are alone in their ability to dictate the presence of weapons, based on their own preference and sovereignty over their property.

Health

1. Should the state government increase funding for treatment facilities to combat opioid abuse?
- No

7. Other or expanded principles
- Individuals are responsible for their own actions, including their health. No one person can claim the right to exist at another?s expense nor can one-person claim control the life or death of another. People own themselves. The people of Flint were victims of deception and fraud on the part of Michigan government and are owed restitution for the health crisis a corrupt government created. No individual or community should be forced to accept substandard services without options on government dictate. Free market options for water, sewage etc. should be made available to all citizens.

5. Other or expanded principles
- All human beings have rights to life, property and to do as they choose required they do not infringed upon the rights of another. Government has no right to discriminate against citizens based on issues of gender, sexuality, religion, etc. Private individuals may associate, or not, with any other individual as they choose, but many not prohibit an action that does not violate their rights. Government has no business in negotiating wages or contracts between an employer and an employee. This is up to the individuals in the transaction.

Legislative Priorities

In the following area, please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding.
- If elected I will work to reduce taxation, overturn insurance mandates, reduce police and government power over citizens, end needless incarnation for victim-less crimes, and reduce the impact of government interference in small business development.
