Carl L. Anderson (b. February 10, 1961) is a Democratic member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 103. He was first elected to the chamber in 2004.

Anderson is a 2014 Democratic member-elect of the South Carolina State Senate, representing District 32.

Anderson attended L.R. Nichols Seminary. He then studied Business Administration at Horry-Georgetown Technical College in 1981. Anderson is an Insurance Agent and Minister.
