Chandra E. Dillard is a Democratic member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 23. She was first elected to the chamber in 2008.
Dillard earned her B.S. from Winthrop College. She went on to receive her M.P.A. from Walden University. Dillard is the Director of Community Relations at Furman University. She served on the Greenville City Council from 1999 to 2008.
