- Unlike the fossil fuel Governor and his Republican running mate, I WILL ban oil trains, coal trains and clear cuts and block LNG pipelines and terminals. I will create a statewide PUD for all government buildings, schools and properties and will massively expand Public Utility Districts throughout the state with "locals" that fall under the umbrella of a League of Oregon Public Utilities called, Oregon United Ratepayers PUD or OUR-PUD. Asphalt streets are relics of a post carbon society and should be converted into neighborhood parks and urban farms. As governor, my goal will be 100% sustainability and zero emissions!
