Doug Mastriano (Republican) is a member of the Pennsylvania State Senate, representing District 33. Mastriano was elected to the office on May 21, 2019.

Mastriano was a candidate for Pennsylvania's 13th Congressional District in the U.S. House. Mastriano lost the primary on May 15, 2018.

Mastriano received a bachelor's degree in history from Eastern University in 1986, a master's degree in strategic intelligence from the Joint Intelligence College in 1992, a master's degree in airpower theory from Air University in 2001, a master's degree in military operational art and science from the School of Advanced Air & Space Studies at Air University in 2002, a master's degree in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College in 2010, and a Ph.D. in history from the University of New Brunswick in 2013. Mastriano served in the U.S. Army from 1988 to 2017, when he retired as a colonel. From 2012 to 2017, he was a faculty instructor in the Department of Military Strategy at the U.S. Army War College.
