Legislative Priorities

Please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding.
- I feel the top priorities for our state our 1. Jobs 2. Healthy Lifestyle 3. Coal Industry. We must provide incentives that encourage job creation and maintain existing jobs. We must create a more Healthy WV by increasing the cigarette tax. Studies have shown this will create revenue and provide programs and curb their habit. Coal industry- We must mine coal and utilize our resources to provide for our energy needs. Let's partner with the EPA to work together to mine coal as safely and environmentally friendly as possible. Eliminating coal mining and jobs is not an option.
