Gayle L. Manning (b. March 2, 1950) is a Republican member of the Ohio State Senate, representing District 13. She was first elected to the chamber in 2010.

Manning is unable to run for re-election in 2018 to the Ohio State Senate because of term limits. She is a Republican candidate for District 55 of the Ohio House of Representatives. The primary election is being held on May 8, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018.

Manning was a district-level delegate to the 2016 Republican National Convention from Ohio. She was one of 66 delegates from Ohio pledged to support John Kasich at the convention. Kasich suspended his campaign on May 4, 2016. At the time, he had approximately 156 bound delegates. The winner of the Republican nomination needed the support of 1,237 delegates.

Manning earned her B.S. from Kent State University and her M.S. from Akron University. Her professional experience includes working as an elementary school teacher in the North Olmsted City Schools for 37 years.
