    Legislative Priorities

In the following area, please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding.
    - 1. I want see that the newly implemented internet sales tax that will be collected by the State of SD be used to reduce the sales tax and property tax as it was intended to do as passed by the SD Legislature in 2016.2. I will again introduce legislation to bring the ACT Scores of Home Schooler's, Public and Private High School graduates in the SD to a parity level. This will insure that all students will be on the same playing field when it comes to receiving the South Dakota Opportunity Scholarship.
