Jackie Winters (b. April 19, 1937) is a Republican member of the Oregon State Senate, representing District 10. Winters was first elected to the chamber in 2002. Winters is running for re-election in the primary on May 15, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018.

On November 15, 2017, the Oregon Senate Republican Caucus selected Winters to succeed outgoing Senator Ted Ferrioli (R) as minority leader. Ferrioli resigned on December 31, 2017, in order to take a position on a regional power commission.

Winters previously served as Senate Deputy Leader. She served in the Oregon House of Representatives from 1998 to 2002.

Winters attended both Oregon State University Systems of Continuing Education and Portland Community College. Her professional experience includes being the owner and operator Jackie's Ribs, a former assistant to Governor Vic Atiyeh and she also worked as a Supervisor for Governor Tom McCalls Economic Opportunity Office.
