    - I will focus on issues which I believe help empower the people over government. First, I will immediately begin work to write and sponsor a bill to balance the budget in five years. The economy will be the greatest challenge for the United States as the national debt spirals out of control and inflation will lead to the collapse of the dollar over the next decade. Second, I have a plan for practical tax reform to allow tax payers to truly represent themselves by determining how each dollar is spent.
