Legislative Priorities

In the following area, please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding.
- My priorities would be lowering taxes, reducing regulations that stifle our economy, improving our educational system with accountability, and setting term limits. Lowering taxes and reducing regulations will create higher paying jobs. That will increase tax revenue without increasing the tax rate on any tax bracket. The schools need to prepare our children to qualify for those jobs, and right now they are not. It is not a lack of excellent teachers or funding, but classroom size, over testing and the available funds not going to the children. Transparency, accountability, and community engagement will improve our educational system.
