Jim Guthrie (b. July 13, 1955) is a Republican member of the Idaho State Senate, representing District 28. Guthrie was first elected to the chamber in 2012. Guthrie is running for re-election in the primary on May 15, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018.

Guthrie previously served in the Idaho House of Representatives from 2010 to 2012.
