Legislative Priorities

Please explain what your two main legislative priorities will be if elected. Please explain how you would obtain any additional government funding needed to implement these priorities.
- I'm most concerned with improving our state educational system and modifying our state criminal appeals process. I would pay qualified teachers more money and would work to restore discipline into the classroom. Secondly, our criminal appeals process needs to have limits placed upon it, either by limiting the number of appeals that capital defendants receive or by placing stricter time limits on these appeals. These changes wouldn't necessitate tax increases due to our budget surplus.
