Personal Details

O'Bannon earned his B.S. from the University of Richmond in 1969 and his M.D. from the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in 1973. He attended Hargrave Military Academy in 1965. O'Bannon's professional experience includes working as a neurologist.
