John Mark Windle (b. May 21, 1962) is a Democratic member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing District 41. He was first elected to the chamber in 1994. From 1997 to 2000, he served as Majority Floor Leader.
Windle earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Tennessee. He went on to receive his J.D. from the University of Tennessee. He is a practicing attorney and former Assistant District Attorney General. Windle served in the Tennessee Army National Guard as a Captain.
