Lesley E. Cohen (b. December 22, 1970) is a Democratic member of the Nevada State Assembly, representing District 29. She was first elected to the chamber in 2016.

Cohen previously served in the Nevada State Assembly, representing District 29 from her appointment on December 18, 2012, to 2014. She was appointed to the chamber to replace April Mastroluca, who resigned on November 30, 2012.
