- We need to strengthen our regulation of energy production and distribution, especially with respect to natural gas, including methane, propane, etc. The installation of pipelines should be carefully regulated and inspected because of the hazards involved and because of the potential of harm to property owners over whose land the companies have rights of way. I would like to see our Attorney General do a review of how well landowners have been treated or mistreated in contractual, eminent domain, or on-site work and how carefully safety matters have been handled.

I will explore closing the Delaware loophole and taxing natural gas extraction to fund education.ENVIRONMENT - Our government is responsible for our natural resources and should guard them carefully, not allowing them to be destroyed or taken by eminent domain for private gain.
