Legislative Priorities

- I will continue to look for opportunities to eliminate waste and cut cumbersome regulations that hinder small business development. I will continue to work to simplify the Tax Code by eliminating the state income tax with solutions based on the flat or fair tax policy. I will continue to uphold the constitutional rights afforded every citizen under the Constitution and will fight against any encroachment of those rights. I will not waiver on my stand for the 2nd Amendment and Pro Life issues. And, I will work to strengthen education and Public Safety to secure our future.
