Reason for Seeking Public Office:

As a Washington native, I love our state and love living on the Olympic Peninsula. It is why I want to build upon our state's heritage of protecting our environment while encouraging economic growth and prosperity for all. Though some may say you can't accomplish both, I believe it is not an either/or proposition but a challenge for current and future generations to meet and succeed.

* Washington is a place where one can dream big and accomplish great things.

  • * It is a state where love of the environment and economic growth can co-exist side by side.
  • * Where Huskies and Cougars can marry, buy a house and raise a family.
  • * It is a place where we reject the standard arguments of winners and losers.
  • * It is a place we all call home, where we have the freedom and ability to follow our passions in life, which allows us to attain the unattainable.

With your help, I'll work to fully-fund our schools, make wise investments that create jobs, and protect our environment.
