I am in favor of universal background checks, a ban on bump stocks, that effectively convert semi-automatic weapons into automatic weapons and a ban on high-capacity magazines that serve no purpose for sport or home protection.

- After talking with voters in my district they want public education to continue to be fully funded, the majority are in favor of the gax tax increase to fix and repair local roads and bridges, and expanding Medicaid so more Missourians have access to quality health care.
