Olivia Diaz is a Democratic member of the Nevada State Assembly, representing District 11. She was first elected to the chamber in 2010. In the 2013 session, Diaz served as Majority Assistant Deputy Whip.

Diaz earned her B.A. in English from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and her M.S. in Bilingual Education from NOVA Southeastern University.

Though official records have not been kept, Diaz is considered to be the first Nevada legislator to give birth during a legislative session.
