Pat Higgins (Democrat) was a candidate who sought election to the Alaska House of Representatives to represent District 25. Higgins lost the general election on November 6, 2018, after advancing from the primary on August 21, 2018.
Higgins was elected to Seat C of the Anchorage school board in 2008 and won re-election on April 1, 2014.
Higgins was targeted for recall in 2015, along with fellow board members Kameron Perez-Verdia, Tam Agosti-Gisler?? and Kathleen Plunkett. The effort was rejected by the city when two of the three allegations against the board members were either determined to not be illegal or else could not be proven.
