Petty Pelosi Hasn't Spoken To Trump In A Year And She's Proud Of ItOctober 18, 2020
When the history books are written about this tumultuous era and its toxic politics, any honest account will have to assign much of the blame to Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
The octogenarian Democrat's spite and hatred for President Trump have virtually paralyzed Congress, deprived Americans who have been devastated by COVID lockdowns of economic relief, and turned the House Of Representatives into a body that resembles the old Soviet Politburo.

Pelosi's tantrums are undignified and unbecoming of one of the most powerful positions in the U.S. political power structure and in any legitimate party would have her stripped of leadership but these are the Democrats and this is how they roll.
It has now been one year since Madame Speaker has spoken to President Trump which is a stunningly bad example to set -especially for the children that she constantly invokes - but she isn't ashamed of it, she's damn proud of it.
In comments during an interview on MSNBC, Pelosi practically boasted about her snit.
Via The Hill, "Pelosi defends not speaking to Trump for an entire year":
Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Friday defended not speaking to President Trump for the past year and maintained it's more productive to work with White House intermediaries like Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin instead.
When asked during an interview with MSNBC's Nicolle Wallace if she would be open to Trump reaching out to her, Pelosi said, "It would depend on what the purpose is."
Pelosi and Trump have not spoken since a meeting at the White House exactly a year ago, on Oct. 16, 2019, about pulling U.S. troops out of northern Syria that ultimately turned into the two trading insults and the Speaker walking out with her fellow Democrats.
After that meeting, Trump tweeted out a photo of Pelosi standing up and pointing a finger at him while the almost exclusively male group of lawmakers and administration officials remained seated. "Nervous Nancy's unhinged meltdown!" Trump wrote.
Pelosi said that she was telling Trump that "all roads with you lead to [Russian President Vladimir] Putin" in the moment captured by the photo.
"What was funny about it is the White House put out that photo, because we're not even allowed to wear a smartwatch in the room," Pelosi said while reflecting on it on Friday. "They put that out and I said, 'Thank you very much, Mr. President.' "
"But we left because there was no purpose to staying there. There was no truth coming from the other side," she said.

Pelosi's conduct on the day that she last spoke with the leader of the free world was more fitting for a petulant five-year-old for than a woman who is third in the line of succession to the most powerful position in the world.
Trump's mockery on Twitter so angered "Nervous Nancy" that she retaliated with his impeachment on charges so flimsy that it was doomed from the get-go.
Pelosi's hatred for President Trump even led to the grotesquely inappropriate spectacle of tearing up her copy of the State Of The Union address on national television.
Most recently, Pelosi has worked on legislation that would allow a rabidly partisan Congress to assemble a special committee to remove a disliked president from office under the 25th Amendment which would seem a violation of the separation of powers.
But Pelosi's lowest point is preventing the economic stimulus from getting into the hands of Americans who she clearly feels are beneath her.
Such conduct should make Pelosi subject to removal from office for mental unfitness or at least serve as the impetus for constitutional amendments for age and term limits for members of Congress.
It should be a scarlet letter of shame but to Pelosi, such behavior is treaded like a badge of honor.
