It is time to stop levying property tax bonds which unbalance education in violation of article 9 section 1 of the Idaho constitution. I oppose tax increases on the working and middle class.

Health Care. It is time for Medicaid expansion. This will save money and benefit small business. It will save money especially by lowering indigent and panic emergency costs.
