Richard M. Cebra (b. May 18, 1964) is a Republican member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 68. He was first elected to the chamber in 2016.

Cebra is a former Republican member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 101 from 2004 to 2012. He has served as Post-Chair of the Naples Republican Caucus.

Cebra is President/Chief Executive Officer of The Steamboat Landing Corporation. He has previously worked as Operations Manager for MSI Communications, Incorporated.
