Rodolpho "Rudy" S. Martinez is a Democratic member of the New Mexico House of Representatives, representing District 39. He was first elected to the chamber in 2016.

Martinez previously served in the state House from 2007 to 2014.

Martinez earned his bachelor's degree in business from Western New Mexico University. His professional experience includes working at Chino Mines for 33 years. He served in the U.S. Air Force for four years and is a veteran of the Vietnam War.
