Ron Reynolds is a Democratic member of the Texas House of Representatives, representing District 27. Reynolds was first elected to the chamber in 2010. Reynolds is running for re-election in 2018. Reynolds attended Texas Southern University and received a B.S. degree in public affairs magna cum laude. He received a J.D. from Texas Tech Univ. School of Law. Reynolds was the first African American elected as state representative in Fort Bend County since Reconstruction.
