Sarah Elfreth graduated from Haddon Heights High School in 2006. She earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Towson University in 2010 and a master's degree in public policy from Johns Hopkins University in 2012. Elfreth's career experience includes working as government affairs director with National Aquarium and as senior director of university projects with Margrave Strategies.
