Scott Holcomb is a Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 81. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010.

Holcomb earned his B.A. from the University of Connecticut and his J.D. from West Virginia University. His professional experience includes working as a part-time teacher at Georgia Tech's Sam Nunn School of International Affairs. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Army's Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps for six years and in the Air National Guard for six years.
