Scott Louser

Scott Louser is a Republican member of the North Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 5. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010. As of the 2015 session, Louser serves as Majority Caucus Leader.
Louser was an at-large delegate to the 2016 Republican National Convention from North Dakota. All North Dakota delegates were unpledged. Louser, however, was one of 18 North Dakota delegates on a list of preferred delegates circulated by Ted Cruz's campaign prior to the North Dakota State Convention in April 2016. Louser earned his B.S. in business administration and his M.S. in management from Michigan State University. His professional experience includes working as a licensed realtor since 1997 and as the owner of Prudential Preferred Properties of Minot.
