Legislative Priorities

In a total of seventy-five (75) words or less, please explain what your two main legislative priorities will be if elected. Please explain how you would obtain any additional government funding needed to implement these priorities.
- The two issues I feel are impeding our economic growth are:1. Tort Laws2. Workers Compensation premiums Our Tort Laws are the most liberal in the nation. Unless they are reformed, we will not make progress as other states have. Our Workers Compensation premiums are among the highest in the nation. This is the No. 1 problem when recruiting new businesses to WV. We must reduce them. No state money is needed.
