Support excellence in public education Pre-K (free to neediest families) k-12 (increase support through Fair Funding Formula to reduce real estate tax burden) through college (reducing tuition costs for in-state residents) - funding through adoption of severance tax on natural gas extraction. Addressing the Opioid Crisis as a health care crisis - replacing incarceration with treatment when possible - funded by savings through reduced criminal prosecution/ incarceration, requiring Insurers to cover treatment, medicaid expansion, and appropriations.
