    Legislative Priorities

Please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding.
    - My top 3 priorities are: funding our huge unfunded liabilities including changing pension benefit plans for new state employees and fully funding pensions of current employees understanding that investing in the stock market is no longer a good option for rate of return needed to fund these pensions. Another priority would be welfare reform, reform that would give incentives to participants to work themselves out of the system with tiered benefits, lifetime caps for those who can work, volunteering requirements for program participants and more. A 3rd priority would be regulatory reform to a more commonsense business friendly regulatory environment.
