Guy J. Guzzone (b. March 27, 1964) is a Democratic member of the Maryland State Senate, representing District 13. He was first elected to the chamber in 2014. Guzzone is running for re-election in the primary on June 26, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018.

Guzzone served in the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 13 from 2007 to 2015. He served on the Howard County Council from 1998 to 2006.
