Lonnie Hosey (b. December 1, 1946) is a Democratic member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 91. He was first elected to the chamber in 1998.

Hosey earned his A.A. and B.A. from Vorhees College in 1975 and 1978, respectively. He worked as a Machine Operator for Barnwell Mills, Milliken Company from 1969 to 1973. From 1978 to 1986, he was a Recrutier for Vorhees College. He has worked as Director, in Recruitment, and Education Technology Services for South Carolina State University since 1986. Hosey served as a Sergeant (E-5) in the United States Marine Corps from 1966 to 1969. Hosey served as Commissioner for the Barnwell County Election Committee from 1984 to 1998.
