Amanda Ragan (b. September 20, 1954) is a Democratic member of the Iowa State Senate, representing District 27. She was first elected to the chamber in 2002.

Ragan earned her B.S. from Buena Vista University. Her professional experience includes working as the Executive Director of Meals on Wheels and the Community Kitchen of Northern Iowa, a farmer and a human resources director.
