Angelica Rubio is a Democratic member of the New Mexico House of Representatives, representing District 35. She was first elected to the chamber in 2016.

Rubio earned her bachelor's degree in government from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces and her M.A. in Latin American studies from California State University Los Angeles. Her professional experience includes owning Angelica Rubio Consulting, interning on Capitol Hill, and working as a campaign manager.
