On Sunday, Judge Timothy C. Batten, Sr. issued an alarming order where he demanded that all Dominion voting machines in the state of Georgia be frozen.

From Attorney Linn Wood: “Defendants are ordered to maintain the statue quo & are temporarily enjoined from wiping or resetting any voting machines in the State of Georgia until further order of the Court.”

Later in the day, Judge Batten then reversed his decision after the defendants claimed that Dominion voting machines were controlled by counties in Georgia.

"What??? Judge reversed order based on Defendants’ claim that GA Counties control voting machines," Linn Wood tweeted. "Machines are owned by State & @GaSecofState administers state laws on elections. Why are GA officials determined to wipe these machines clean be resetting them?"

This decision however did not last long. Late Sunday evening, Judge Batten issued a temporary restraining order for the duration of 10 days against the destruction of evidence.

"Defendants are hereby ENJOINED & RESTRAINED from altering, destroying, or erasing, or allowing the alteration, destruction, or erasure of, any software or data on any DOMINION VOTING MACHINE..." Judge Batten said.

The controversies relating to the 2020 election in swing states is heating up. Former Trump campaign data strategist Matt Braynard has announced that the FBI has requested for his findings on voter fraud in the 2020 election.

Braynard started the crowd-sourced funded Voter Integrity Project where he digs deep into the data of the 2020 election to find irregularities where voter fraud may have been present.

“Update:- The @FBI has proactively and directly requested from me the VIP findings that indicates illegal ballots. – By Tuesday, we will have delivered to the agency all of our data, including names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.,” Braynard said in a tweet.

“- While there has been legit criticism of the actions of leaders of the agency over the last several years, I can personally attest to the many patriots within the rank-and-file who are fighting on the side of the Constitution and Law and Order," he addede.

Just a couple days earlier, Braynard explained that he would be presenting his findings at hearings and in court filings: “Update: – I will be presenting the VIP findings in person at the #ArizonaHearing. – Work from the VIP has now appeared or will appear in court filings in PA, GA, MI, WI, and AZ, including declarations we collected.”
