California to Release 8,000 Prisoners Over 'Coronavirus'
July 11, 2020The Marxist Democrats running blue cities and states live every day by their axiom of never letting a good crisis go to waste in order to advance their agenda.
To that end, the coronavirus has been a godsend to them.
Despite the fact that the disease is tame and does not produce much in the way of symptoms for the vast majority of Americans who test positive for it, Democrat Marxists in power and in the media have hyped it to the point where a sizeable plurality of the country – if not an outright majority – believe it really is a planet-killer.

As such, most people went along with demands that we shut down our entire economy, with notable exceptions (food, liquor, pot, and abortions) to ‘bend the curve’ of the infection, even though we knew that only older Americans and those with preexisting medical conditions were most at risk.
We are now accepting that we cannot be allowed back in public unless we are wearing a mask – or a facial covering, or a kerchief or something other than an N-95 mask, which is the only kind that effectively blocks COVID-19 particles.
And far too many Americans believe that letting inmates out of prison early to ‘protect them against coronavirus’ is wise.
All because we’ve been conditioned to accept this illogic as sane.
The Epoch Times reports:
California will release up to 8,000 inmates early from state prisons to slow the spread of COVID-19 inside facilities, state authorities said on Friday.
Several California prisons have suffered large coronavirus outbreaks and the state corrections department said inmates could be eligible for release by the end of August.
The release marks the biggest move yet by California to “decompress” prison populations and reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission by creating more space for social distancing and quarantines.
“These actions are taken to provide for the health and safety of the incarcerated population and staff,” said California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Secretary Ralph Diaz in a statement.
According to California officials, only those with one year or less to serve are eligible, unless they were convicted of violent felonies or sex crimes. But as we’ve seen, there have been a number of instances were inmates who were released early ‘due to coronavirus’ re-offended almost immediately, some even committing violent crimes.
But think: How much sense does it make to release inmates who are in a sequestered environment into the general public to ‘protect them’ from getting a virus? And even if there are jails and prisons with coronavirus-infected inmates, when was the last time you heard of prisoners being released because of the flu? Or tuberculosis? Or any communicable disease?

Is California Gov. Gavin Newsom going to order the release of prisoners who may be in danger of catching influenza when it returns in the fall, as it always does
The insanity of releasing prisoners to ‘protect them’ from a virus that is extremely prevalent in the general public is mind-boggling. But it only makes sense to a Marxist Democrat hell-bent on using every crisis as an opportunity to advance their agenda of chaos.
