Candie G. Sweetser is a Democratic member of the New Mexico House of Representatives, representing District 32. She was first elected to the chamber in 2016.

Sweetser earned her bachelor's degree in radio and tv broadcasting from Eastern New Mexico University and her master's degree in communication studies from New Mexico State University. Her professional experience includes working as a public speaking teacher at Western New Mexico University and as the managing partner of KDEM-FM and KOTS-AM.
