Legislative Priorities

Please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding.
- My primary legislative priority will be addressing the serious budgetary issues facing the State. With the loss of federal stimulus monies, the State will have to find a way to live within its means. Some tax reform may be necessary, but the State must also cut its expenditures. My other priorities will be transportation (specifically identifying ways to fund transportation infrastructure) and environmental protection.
