Legislative Priorities

In the following area, please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding.
- Education and Mental Health funding are my top two priorities. A well educated and mentally stable population would pay for itself in dividends of a higher paid workforce and and save money by no longer overpopulating our correctional institutions with people that could have been saved from institutional incarceration if they had been able to work with mental health professionals. Currently we treat our jails as a state mental health ward.
