September 20, 2020The left's burning hatred for President Trump is only exceeded by their contempt for the democratic process and the disregard for elections that don't go their way.
With the media having spent every news cycle since July of 2015 attacking Trump and distorting his words in order to incite the Democrat base, an ominous sign of just how far that some may be prepared to go just took place.

In a chilling report, federal authorities announced that a package that was addressed to President Trump that contained the deadly poison ricin was intercepted last week at a postal facility that prevented it from being sent to the White House.
It now appears that some of the more unhinged elements don't want to wait until the election when they will have their opportunity to remove Trump from office through the legal means set forth by the Constitution.
Authorities are currently investigating where the ricin was mailed from and who is the one that mailed it.
Via The Hill, "Law enforcement intercepts package containing ricin addressed to Trump":
Law enforcement earlier this week intercepted a package addressed to President Trump containing the poison ricin, according to two officials.
Two tests were conducted to confirm the substance in the package was ricin, CNN reported.
Mail for the White House is screened and sorted at a facility away from the building before it arrives to the president.
The FBI and Secret Service are investigating the matter.
"The FBI and our U.S. Secret Service and U.S. Postal Inspection Service partners are investigating a suspicious letter received at a U.S. government mail facility. At this time, there is no known threat to public safety," a spokesperson for the FBI told The Hill.
Ricin is a toxic compound made from castor bean extract that has been used in previous terror plans and assassination attempts.

USA Today provides detail on the substance, "What is ricin? Illegal and 'very toxic' poison sent to President Trump has no antidote":
Ricin, a poison found in castor beans, has been found in a package sent to President Donald Trump — the latest example of the natural and deadly toxin being investigated by authorities.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says ricin can be found in a waste product that occurs when processing castor beans into castor oil. It would take "a deliberate act to make ricin and use it to poison people."
No antidote exists for the poison, which can kill a person within 36 to 72 hours of exposure, according to the CDC. It is unlikely to be absorbed through the skin, but it can be deadly when ingested or inhaled.
"Ricin is very toxic. It works by getting inside the cells of a person’s body and preventing the cells from making the proteins they need," according to the CDC. "Without the proteins, cells die. Eventually this is harmful to the whole body, and may cause death."
Symptoms of ricin poisoning are different, depending on whether the poison is ingested or inhaled, according to the Mayo Clinic. When eaten, organ damage and intestinal bleeding can occur. When breathed in, it causes respiratory problems.
The poison could "potentially be used as a biological weapon," according to the Mayo Clinic.
In popular ricin was a subplot of the popular television series Breaking Bad which may or may not have served as an inspiration who sent it to Trump with the obvious intent to kill him.
It was mailed before the death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg but could inspire copycats who are desperate to prevent Trump from appointing her replacement.
