Dianne Feinstein Opposes Bill Allowing Americans To Sue ‘Respectable’ China
August 2, 2020There is no longer any serious question as to whether Democrats, major corporations, the media, the entertainment industry, and big tech are loyal to China and remarks a top Dem senator serve as an exclamation point.
During a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on a proposed bill to allow Americans to sue the communist regime for damaged related to COVID-19, the octogenarian Di Fi had Beijing's back.

Like the rest of her China-coddling Dem cohorts and presumptive nominee Joe Biden who has been vocal in his support of the biggest abuser of human rights on the planet, the Californian defended the red menace.
According to Senator Feinstein:
"In the words of my predecessor, speaking, we hold China as a potential trading partner, as a country that has pulled millions, tens of millions, of people out of poverty in a short period of time, and as a country growing into a respectable nation among other nations."
It speaks volumes that with the nation's economy on the ropes due to the China virus and most of the nation forced into the humiliating ritual submission of mandatory face masks that the grand dame of Dem politics would show where her true loyalties are.

Via The Washington Examiner, "'Growing into a respectable nation': Dianne Feinstein praises China":
Sen. Dianne Feinstein had plenty of warm words for China as she defended the nation against a bill that would allow U.S. citizens to sue the Chinese government.
The California Democrat argued on Thursday that U.S. citizens should not be allowed to sue the Chinese government over its alleged cover-up of the coronavirus pandemic because she believes that it could lead to retaliatory measures against the United States from other countries.
"In the words of my predecessor, speaking, we hold China as a potential trading partner, as a country that has pulled millions, tens of millions, of people out of poverty in a short period of time, and as a country growing into a respectable nation among other nations," Feinstein said.
"I deeply believe that. I've been to China a number of times. I've studied the issues. [...] The United States has the most to lose by permitting civil lawsuits against China for harms arising from COVID," she added, referring to testimony from recent Judiciary Committee hearings.
Feinstein said it would be a "huge mistake" to allow citizens to sue China.

It should be pointed out that Feinstein was outed for employing a Chinese government spy as a staffer for two decades in a story that should have been a major nationals security scandal but was memory-holed by China's propagandists in the U.S. media.
The longtime staffer had become chummy enough with Feinstein to have become her personal driver even as the doddering Democrat was chairing the Senate Intelligence Committee and all the while, reporting on any intel gleaned from her back to the Chinese government.
The revelation was a part of an extensive article for Politico magazine on the foreign spies that have proliferated in Silicon Valley which is right in Di Fi’s backyard. The story stated that Feinstein was flummoxed when the FBI came to her five years with the news that there was a mole inside of her office.
The spy/staffer was then forced to retire by the flabbergasted grand dame who lorded over the Intel Committee as though it was her own personal fiefdom when she was in charge.

According to Politico, “How Silicon Valley Became a Den of Spies”:
Former intelligence officials told me that Chinese intelligence once recruited a staff member at a California office of U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein, and the source reported back to China about local politics. (A spokesperson for Feinstein said the office doesn’t comment on personnel matters or investigations, but noted that no Feinstein staffer in California has ever had a security clearance.)
The Feinstein revelation was only a very small piece that was buried in the article but local reporters at both the San Francisco Chronicle and CBS San Francisco were able to run with it and to dig up more details.
Via The San Francisco Chronicle, “Feinstein had a Chinese spy connection she didn’t know about — her driver”:
Besides driving her around when she was in California, the staffer also served as gofer in her San Francisco office and as a liaison to the Asian American community, even attending Chinese Consulate functions for the senator.
According to our source, the intrigue started years earlier when the staffer took a trip to Asia to visit relatives and was befriended by someone who continued to stay in touch with him on subsequent visits.
That someone was connected with the People’s Republic of China’s Ministry of State Security.
“He didn’t even know what was happening — that he was being recruited,” says our source. “He just thought it was some friend.”
The FBI apparently concluded the driver hadn’t revealed anything of substance.
“They interviewed him, and Dianne forced him to retire, and that was the end of it,” says our source.
“None of her staff ever knew what was going on,” the source added. “They just kept it quiet.”
It is a travesty as well as a testament to the corruption of the Democratic party that Feinstein is still a high-powered senator despite employing an actual spy who was reporting back to Beijing while she headed the Senate Intelligence Committee.
There is also the hypocrisy of the left's new crusade against racism and oppression while they turn a blind eye to a regime that is currently putting Muslims onto trains and trucking them off to concentration camps.
China's American influence and strong presence within the Democratic party should be the top story in the media right now and why it isn't is obvious.
