Legislative Priorities

In the following area, please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding.
- My top priorities are education, property tax relief, and public safety. I support a current, revenue neutral, legislative proposal that changes the state's current funding formula to provide more assistance to less affluent school districts. By improving education, we provide better employment opportunities for our young people. Better employment leads to a reduction in crime. I also support legislation requiring referenda for all property tax increases.
