7. Other or expanded principles
- Economies function primarily from the bottom up (NOT supply side). Strengthening the consumer base by ensuring everyone had a good-paying job and can afford to buy goods and services is what sustainably supports the economy... whereas deregulation and tax cuts for businesses only profits those at the top where money is not channeled back into the economy, and has often disastrous consequences for workers, the environment, and the economy (for example, the 2008 recession that was the result of banking deregulation).

- Yes

2. Do you support the inclusion of gender identity in New Hampshire's anti-discrimination laws?
- Yes

3. Do you support greater efforts by New Hampshire state government in closing the pay gap between men and women?
- Yes

4. Other or expanded principles
- Gender (social expectations assigned to someone on the basis of biological sex) is an artificial construct and inherently meaningless, and should never be the basis for any type of discrimination. The person someone loves is an intimate characteristic that, again, shouldn't ever be a reason for any kind of discrimination. Also, it turns out that women, who are over half of the population, are human beings. One day it will be recognized that the glacially slow pace that equal rights have been guaranteed to women as compared to other demographics has been, in and of itself, a stain on humanity.

Legislative Priorities

In the following area, please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding.
- People: A fair, robust economy based on livable wages, workers' rights, single-payer healthcare, free high-quality k-college education, and ending tax-downshifting that taxes young working people out of home-ownership. Planet: Aggressively combating climate change and reaching 100% renewable energy, improved public transit and city planning/buildings, water/air/soil protections, and supported small agriculture. Principles: Ending the corruption of moneyed interests in politics, making government more transparent and accessible, and holding politicians accountable. Increasing voting rights/poll accessibility and civic engagement/discourse. Ending gerrymandering and ballot/voter list tampering. Constitutional, civil, and privacy rights for all, including legalizing marijuana, and ending the death penalty and for-profit prisons.
