Emanuel Jones is a Democratic member of the Georgia State Senate, representing District 10. He was first elected to the chamber in 2004.

Jones earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 1981 and his MBA in Finance/Accounting from Columbia University in 1986. His professional experience includes working for IBM, Arthur Anderson and Company, Ford Motor Company Dealer Development, Legacy Ford of McDonough, Legacy Goodyear Tire Company of McDonough, Legendary Ford-Mercury of Marion, North Carolina, Legacy Toyota of Union City, and ANSA Automotive of Macon and Los Angeles. He served as a Second Lieutenant/Captain in the United States Army Corps of Engineers in 1980.
